All new gas boilers installed must have a minimum efficiency of 92% and include time and temperature controls.

Cool Runnings ensures that all boiler installations meet or exceed these requirements.

All quotations provided by Cool Runnings are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Installation dates are scheduled upon receipt of a signed agreement and any required deposit.

Clients are responsible for ensuring unobstructed access to the installation site on the agreed date.

Regular maintenance is recommended to ensure optimal performance and compliance with TM44 inspection requirements.

Emergency repair services are available, subject to availability and applicable call-out charges.

All installations come with a manufacturer’s warranty, the terms of which vary depending on the product.

Cool Runnings provides a 12-month workmanship warranty on all installations.

Cool Runnings is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications of the installed systems.

Liability for any direct damages is limited to the total amount paid for the services provided.

Clients may cancel scheduled services with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

➡️ Consumer Rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013:

• Consumers have the right to cancel a distance or off-premises contract within 14 days after the contract is formed, without needing to provide a reason.
• Work must not begin within this 14-day period unless the consumer has expressly consented to it.
• If the consumer has agreed to begin work during this period and later cancels, Cool Runnings may recover proportionate costs for the work completed.
  
  • Example: If 50% of the work has been completed, only 50% of the total cost may be recovered.
• If work is due to begin within the 14-day period, the consumer must confirm in writing that they agree to restrict their cancellation rights and consent to work commencing.
